Delivery, Pickup & Shipping

We’re happy to make getting your order as easy as possible!

Local Delivery:

We deliver anywhere in Virginia. Delivery costs are $2 per mile from our shop. Whether it’s a bouquet for a loved one or arrangements for an event, we’ll make sure your order arrives safely and beautifully.

Pickup:

Prefer to pick up your order? No problem! You can choose free in-store pickup at checkout. We’ll let you know when your order is ready so you can stop by at your convenience.

Shipping:

We also ship select items anywhere in the United States. Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of the item, but the average shipping cost starts at $10. You’ll see the final shipping cost before completing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you receive! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:

Return Period: Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Condition:

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Can’t make it in time?

If you can’t return your item within 14 days, please call us—we’re always willing to work something out.

Please note:

We do not accept returns on plants or fresh floral arrangements. If there’s an issue with a floral arrangement, please contact us the same day it’s delivered so we can make it right promptly.
